Contact info@suiteshots.com to request a fundraising date. They are available on Tuesdays or Wednesdays all year round

SEND YOUR W-9 FORM PRIOR TO FUNDRAISER DATE

Please send by e-mail or dropping off at the venue.

INFORM YOUR COMMUNITY!

  • Be sure to reach out to your organization to let them know about this event. Share, share, share!
  • Guests are REQUIRED to mention the organization’s name before playing.
  • Send us your digital &/or print assets to utilize in venue.
  • Share with us your organization’s social media, website, or donation pages if you would like us to share on our pages.

MONEY DISTRIBUTION

After your fundraiser, we will tally up the hours in the bays, & send your organization a check for the amount.

Details:

  • Indoor Simulators are not included
  • Food & beverages are not included
  • W-9 must be submitted prior to Fundraiser date
  • Table / chair set ups are not allowed in the lobby
  • For the donation to be credited to your organization, guests need to specify the organization’s name prior to game play
