Up to 6 players can be in a bay and play. For safety reasons, only one person can be hitting at one time.

Anyone under 16 must be supervised by a Guest 21+ at all times. Anyone under 18 must be supervised by a Guest 21+ after 9:00pm.

At Suite Shots, everyone’s well-being is very important. We are committed to providing an excellent experience in a welcoming and inclusive environment so we can have fun together. Combining a few laughs, great food, and hours of Suite Shots can create some epic memories. So for all parties involved, and we do mean parties, please follow our code of conduct:

Obey all verbal and posted rules and instructions. Use common sense to protect yourself and others.

Any Guest under 16, or under 18 after 9pm, must always be supervised by a Guest over 21.

One Person on the HITTING MAT swinging at a time.
When it is your time to play, you will walk up to the green mat, past the thick red line marked on the ground. Only one person at a time is allowed past the red line in order to keep from being hit during a golf swing. Throwing golf balls is prohibited.

One Ball at a time.
When walking up to the hitting mat, there will be a laser sensor that when your club is waved in front of it, your golf ball will be dispensed. You are only allowed one ball at a time to eliminate tripping hazards. If you hit multiple balls out of the same bay, the Toptracer program will not be able to properly analyze the result.

ABSOLUTELY NO RUNNING START.
You must swing from a stationary position.. The safety net will hold up to 300 pounds. Local fire and rescue will be called to remove you from the netting if you fall in, and the entire level will be shut down until clear. A lifetime ban will be awarded. In general, don’t fall into the netting.

Always aim for the targets.
Aiming for the ball picker or hitting golf balls over the boundary netting is prohibited. You are responsible for any damages or injuries they may cause.

Reporting an Incident
If an injury or incident happens during your time at Suite Shots, you must notify a staff member immediately.

Suite Shots is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Suite Shots is a pet-free venue – this includes pets, therapy and emotional support or comfort animals. The only exception is for service animals aiding a Guest with a disability.

Events at Suite Shots start with a minimum of 7 people (2+ bays), so if that’s what you’re looking for, head over to our Events & Party and fill out the request form. Then, our Events team will reach out to you to start planning your epic outing.
 

Events & Parties

If that will make your experience “Suite-r”, then heck yeah! We require that all cakes be store-bought with clearly-labeled ingredients in case of allergies because we care about the safety and well-being of all our Guests. Please note we cannot store your cake – the only exception is ice cream cake which we can store temporarily in our freezer the day of your event, as long as it is in a covered/sealed container.

We only allocate a portion of our bays for Fast Passes, and all online bay availability is published online 7 days in advance. If showing sold out online, unfortunately that means no additional Fast Passes are available on that date/time. Walk-in’s are always welcome though, so come on in!

Pro tip: Fast Passes become available at 6 a.m. local time 7 days out, so don’t be alarmed if you check at midnight and don’t see any availability yet! Set that alarm if you’re anxious and be the first to snag a bay. Also note, if a guest with a Fast Pass cancels, that bay is added back into online inventory and becomes available for a new guest to snag.

Golf Academy

We do not permit outside food or beverage to be brought in due to health and safety practices. The only exception is for store bought cakes for birthdays or other celebrations.

Zero dollars. Free. Nothing.

All our clubs are complimentary to use during game play. We have clubs for men, ladies, left-handers, right-handers, kids, and toddlers for your convenience. Men’s and women’s clubs are already in each bay.

Unless it’s an extreme weather event, nothing can stop us from having a great time, not even rain or snow. Our venues are all-weather facilities with covered hitting bays that are fitted with fans for the summer and heaters for the winter.

Only small flash photography cameras, point-and-shoot cameras, and cell phones will be allowed for filming at our venues, but no professional lenses or lenses over 3″ are permitted. A gimble to stabilize the phone/camera is fine. No drones or audio recorders allowed.

If a professional filming crew or a bigger camera(s) is being brought into the venue, please send your filming request to info@suiteshots.com a minimum of five business days in advanced for review.
